Lucuma Apricot Smoothie

The exotic and ancient fruit Lucuma has a very intense sweetness, but has fewer calories and carbohydrates than sugar. Therefore it can be used perfectly as healthy sweetener in different ways. This yummy smoothie is very easy to make and low in calories.
  • 7 oz (200 ml) orange juice
  • 1 medium orange
  • 3 medium apricots
  • 3 medium dates
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1,5 tbsp Qhali Kay Organics Lucuma Powder
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (freshly ground)
  1. Peel the orange and cut into medium-size pieces.
  2. Core the apricots and cut into pieces.
  3. Cut the dates in half and put them in a blender with the other fruits.
  4. Add linseed oil, Lucuma powder, linseed and freshly ground pumpkin seeds.
  5. Fill with orange juice and mix for 30-60 seconds.
